Our Service Delivery Team facilitates communication and organization among Scholar and Client teams, ensuring the success of each project. We are Scientists, Project Managers, Scholar Alumni, and the main points of contact for all PreScouter Global Scholars.

Patricia Rubert-Nason

Head of Outreach
PhD, Chemical Engineering

Patricia completed her BS in Bioengineering at Rice University and received a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Her dissertation research focused on developing improved catalysts for methanol synthesis. Prior to her PhD Patricia worked at a biotech startup producing monoclonal antibodies. Patricia is an alumnus of the global scholar network and has worked with PreScouter for more than four years.

João Guerreiro

Project Architect
PhD, Biochemical Engineering

João Guerreiro is one of PreScouter's Project Architects. He specializes in the materials industry. As an academic and PhD, João performed research in Bio-Chemical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the US, the University College London in the UK, and the University of Lisbon in Portugal.

Marija Jovic

Project Architect
PhD, Organometallic Chemistry and Catalysis

Marija is one of PreScouter's Project Architects. She specializes in projects related to the packaging industry and materials. Marija finished her Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Belgrade University and completed her PhD in Organometallic Chemistry and Catalysis at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich). Marija’s academic research was focused on understanding reaction mechanisms in order to rationally design catalysts for polymerization and metathesis reactions. Prior to her PhD, Marija worked in chemical industry on synthesis of new textile dyes.

Charlie Wright

Project Architect
PhD, Biophysical Sciences

Charles Wright is one of PreScouter's Project Architects. He specializes in the medical industry. As an academic, he developed integrated microscopy and computational systems for high-throughput quantification of the behavior of single cells. Charles graduated with a BA in Physics, Molecular and Cellular Biology, and Spanish from Vanderbilt University, then earned his PhD in Biophysical Sciences from the University of Chicago before working as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Purdue University.


Paula Hoffman

Project Architect
PhD, Physical Chemistry

Paula is one of PreScouter's Project Architects. She specializes in the transportation industry. She works with scholar teams to provide clients with cutting-edge, actionable information to improve their businesses. This can mean problem solving, process optimization, entering new markets, assessing intellectual property, and more. Paula earned her B.S. from DePaul University in Chemistry before continuing on to her Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at the University of Pittsburgh. There, her research focused on characterization of organic semi-conducting thin films for use in electronic devices. That is also where she started with the PreScouter Global Scholars program in August of 2014. After working as a scholar for a few months, she became a Team Leader before eventually taking a full-time role with PreScouter.


Sofiane Boukhalfa

Project Architect
PhD, Materials Science Engineering

Sofiane leads the high-tech, aerospace and defense and finance verticals at PreScouter. Sofiane earned his B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where his research focused on nanotechnology and energy storage. Since graduating from Georgia Tech, he has worked as an emerging technology and business strategy consultant at several firms and for his own clients.


Kyle Gracey

Project Architect
PhD, Environmental Engineering

Kyle is one of PreScouter's Project Architects. He specializes in natural resources, transportation and logistics. Kyle, an alumnus of the Scholar Network, has over 3 years and 60 projects of experience with PreScouter. His research and work experience spans sustainability science, engineering, and economics. He is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.


Daniel Morales

Project Architect
PhD, Chemical Engineering

Daniel is one of PreScouter's Project Architects. He specializes in the consumer goods sector. Daniel received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. His dissertation research focused developing stimuli-responsive polymer networks for micro-robotics applications. After his graduate studies, he completed post-doctoral work at the LPCNO Lab in INSA Toulouse, France where he focused on incorporating microfluidics with nanoparticle assembly techniques to develop multi-parametric sensors. In addition, Daniel has industrial experience in pharma manufacturing and polymer processing. Daniel joined PreScouter as a Project Architect after two years as a Global Scholar.


Megan Auler

Network Engagement Manager
BA, Communication Studies

Megan is PreScouter’s Network Engagement Manager. She joined PreScouter in 2018 to manage all of the activities related to the Scholar experience, including recruitment, engagement and post-network activities. Megan works out of Chicago, Illinois and holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.


Venice Inting

Scholar Care Support and Scheduler
BA, Business Administration

Venice is PreScouter’s Scholar Care Support and Scheduler. She started as a Phone and Email Appointment Setter in August 2016 and was then appointed to manage scholar inquiries as well as scheduling client meetings in January 2018. Prior to her work at PreScouter, Venice was a Team Leader for 3 years in a BPO industry and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos (Philippines).

The PreScouter Journal is a collection of scholar contributions that is viewed and read by a wide range of audience.
The journal is a great way to build a brand, develop authoring skills and become a thought leader.
